30 August 2014 JR

The Dutch city of Rotterdam is planning for an outdoor wave-pool to be built at the Steigersgracht canal, making it possible for surfers to enjoy 1.5 m waves in the middle of the city. The wave-pool is the brainchild of the Delft University of Technology and will according to the plan be opened in June 2015.
